How can you detect the precise temperature of a temperature switch? First of all, it is necessary to have the following detection conditions:
1. Thermostatic test box that can accurately control temperature
2. Accurate temperature monitor
3. Correct detection method
The correct detection method is: put the thermal protector in the experimental box with a constant temperature accuracy of ±1℃ for the experiment. The thermocouple or thermometer should be used for temperature measurement. The thermocouple or thermometer should be placed on the sample of the thermal protector or as close to the sample as possible. In the process of temperature rise in the experiment, the temperature change rate should not exceed 0.5℃/min starting from 10℃ below the additional operating temperature. The test current through the protector should not exceed 0.1A. Record the temperature at which the temperature switch is turned off during such a warming process.
