1. Grounding mode: Through the metal outer cover of the temperature controller, it is connected with the grounding metal parts of the equipment.

2, the temperature controller should work in the general indoor environment where the relative humidity of the air is not more than 90% and there is no corrosive gas, combustible gas and conductive dust.

3. When the temperature controller uses contact temperature sensing, the cover should be close to the heating part of the controlled device, and the thermal conductive silicone grease or other thermal conductive medium with similar properties should be coated on the thermal sensing surface of the cover.

4. Do not collapse or deform the top of the cover, so as not to change the operating temperature or affect other performance.

5, do not let the liquid into the temperature controller! The shell must avoid excessive force to prevent cracks; The shell should be kept clean to prevent pollution from conductive substances, so as to avoid short-circuit breakdown due to the reduction of insulation performance.

6, temperature controller through contact with liquid or steam temperature, it is recommended to use stainless steel cover products, and there should be reliable leakage prevention measures, so as to avoid liquid seepage to the temperature controller insulation parts.

7. Do not bend the terminal during use, otherwise the reliability of electrical connection will be affected.

8. The power supply shall not exceed the declared voltage and current, the load power and type shall meet the declared requirements, and the ambient temperature shall not exceed the declared maximum allowable temperature.

Note (KSD301 manual reset) : After the temperature jump, the reset handle can be pressed after the temperature drops 20℃, and the appropriate force is 4-6 Newton, not too large. To ensure the normal operation of the temperature controller, the vertical distance between the reset handle end face and the temperature sensing surface of the cover should be no less than 20.4mm.
